Dr Martin Parkinson PSM is the Secretary to the Treasury of Australia. In this keynote address to the 2011 ACYD he discusses the challenges to future leaders of Australia and China in managing the relationship. He talks about the importance of building people to people links and for young Australians and Chinese to study each other’s languages and culture.
